财联社10月23日电，清源股份公告，公司与兴业银行签署了《上市公司股票回购借款合同》，兴业银行将为公司提供2550万元的贷款资金专项用于公司回购股份。公司回购股份的资金来源，将在自有资金的基础上，补充增加由兴业银行提供的专项回购借款。
