10月21日，广东省统计局披露2024年前三季度广东房地产市场运行简况显示，前三季度，广东省房地产开发投资0.87万亿元，同比下降17.2%。其中，商品住宅投资下降19.5%，办公楼投资增长0.3%。
分区域看，珠三角地区房地产投资下降15.8%；粤东粤西粤北地区房地产投资合计下降26.1%。全省商品房销售面积同比下降27.4%。（来源：中房网）
