瑞财经 AI 10月21日消息，建研院（603183.SH）发布公告，公司拟以3956.58万元现金收购浙江宏业检测科技有限公司51%股权。
根据公告，建研院已与夏进福、沈利伟签订《股权收购协议书》，正式确认了对宏业检测的收购意向。交易完成后，建研院将持有宏业检测51%的股份，成为其控股股东。
