证监会主席吴清在今天（18日）的2024金融街论坛年会上表示，从交易数据来看，9月24日以来，上市公司并没有出现扎堆减持，违规减持、绕道减持的现象。针对个别公司违规减持的问题，证监会将及时责令其尽快回购、上缴差价。
