据中国铁路上海局集团消息，10月18日凌晨1时30分，在南通市启东市境内建设现场，上海至南京至合肥高铁启东特大桥跨宁启铁路转体连续梁完成转体，标志着启东特大桥往崇明方向架梁、铺轨通道正式打通，工程建设取得阶段性进展。
