小楠从小热爱跳舞，参加过很多比赛，也取得了一些成绩。升入高中后，开始在荣誉中迷失自己，在父母老师的严格要求中怀疑自己，在与同学和朋友的交往中否定自己，甚至曾一度想过放弃跳舞。经过自我质辩和心理建设终究坚定了自我，找回了初心。
