据国家金融监督管理总局嘉兴监管分局公布的行政处罚信息，浙江禾城农村商业银行股份有限公司长水支行因普惠型小微企业贷款管理存在不到位的情况，已被处以25万元的罚款。
同时，该支行时任行长李许佳因对上述管理不到位问题负有责任，受到了监管部门的警告处分。
