据外媒Gamesradar报道，在《寂静岭2RE》发售仅24小时后，本作在N站上已经有整四页的MOD可供玩家使用，玩家们现在可以将主角替换成各种角色。
目前已有的可替换角色包括（但不限于）：
《GTA：圣安地利斯》CJ
《生化危机4 RE》里昂
《尼尔：机械纪元》2B
