财联社10月7日电，*ST金科公告，公司实际控制人黄红云、控股股东金科控股与东方银原签署了《一致行动协议》及《补充协议》。东方银原计划自协议签署之日起6个月内，以不超过1.5元/股的价格通过集中竞价方式增持金科股份股票不低于5000万股。
