记者日前从司法部获悉，今年上半年全国共新收行政复议案件29.2万件，同比增长150%，达到同期一审行政诉讼案件数量的2倍；纠正违法和不当行政行为2.4万件，以调解、和解、撤回申请方式办结6.4万件；20.2万件争议经复议后未再提起行政诉讼，实现案结事了。
