据悉，上海嘉定科投集团以嘉定国资集团为基础组建，将形成百亿投资矩阵，千亿基金生态，聚焦集成电路、汽车“新四化”等“3+1”重点产业，和未来能源、未来材料等“2+2+1”未来产业。
上海嘉定科投集团以“母基金+直投”模式运作，规模超100亿人民币，撬动超1000亿元社会资本，逐步形成“竹林效应”的基金生态。
