广州市房地产中介协会9月28日发布9月广州二手住宅市场交易简报显示：9月（统计周期：8月26日至9月25日），广州市二手住宅网签8473套、84.80万平方米，环比分别下降4.50%和3.94%，同比分别下降0.83%和0.94%。2024年1-9月（统计周期：2023年12月26日至2024年9月25日），广州市二手住宅累计网签77490套、776.55万平方米，同比分别小幅下降2.72%和1.84%。
