据北京市住建委官网数据显示，9月24日北京新房网签338套，网签面积23087.81㎡，其中住宅网签79套，网签面积9696.35㎡；二手房网签暂未更新。

截止目前，9月（9月1日~9月24日）北京新房网签5133套，网签面积约488823.95㎡，其中住宅网签2105套，网签面积247463.55㎡；二手房网签9763套，累计网签面积约861019.32㎡，其中住宅网签8755套，网签面积约807764.02㎡。
