9月22日，继峰股份公告，公司的控股子公司Grammer Aktiengesellschaft（下称“格拉默”）拟以4000万美元的初始交易价格向APC parent, LLC（下称“APC LLC”）出售Toledo Molding & Die,LLC.（下称“TMD LLC”）100%股权。本次出售TMD LLC100%将对公司本年度业绩造成重大影响，据公司初步核算，预计亏损2.8亿-3.8亿人民币。
