观点网讯：9月20日，信达国际控股有限公司（简称“信达国际”）发布公告，宣布延长其两家附属公司的潜在出售事项的公开挂牌期限。
公告显示，自2024年8月22日起，挂牌出售程序已开放20个营业日，但截至2024年9月19日招标期截止，未有投标人参与公开挂牌。
因此，信达国际董事会决定在相同条件下延长公开挂牌，直至征集到中标人为止，延期不超过一年。
