9月20日，东航宣布于9月19日完成国产大飞机C919首次加注SAF（可持续航空燃料）执行MU9192商业航班任务。航班于当天17:16从北京大兴起飞，19:01抵达上海虹桥。此次试点涉及包括C919在内的多种机型，试点时间为2024年9月19日至2024年12月31日。
