欧洲航空安全局（EASA）9月19日针对空客A350飞机上安装的罗尔斯·罗伊斯遄达XWB发动机发布了适航指令。在国泰航空一架空客A350客机因发动机起火折返香港后，欧洲航空安全局在进行车间检查时发现，发动机翻新过程中的特定清洁工艺可能会导致燃油歧管主燃油软管降解，因此发布了新的适航指令。
