财联社9月17日电，日本东京电力公司福岛第一核电站2号机组用于提取核燃料残渣的吊杆式装置上摄像头17日停止显示画面，导致原定于当天进行的用该装置抓取核燃料残渣作业无法进行。东电未透露装置修复所需时间。
