一、江南半舍

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

在距上海、苏州约一个半小时车程的地方，有一个小村庄：计家墩村。这里曾经是一座典型的江南水乡，但随着时代的发展，村子人口逐渐减少，空心化现象愈加严重。于是，乡镇政府邀请专业团队，对村子进行了再次开发和改造。为了激发村子的活力，计家墩村依托原有的乡村风光，引入了文化创意产业，吸引了一批来自城市的“新村民”，形成了一个新的乡村理想生活社区。

About an hour and a half drive from Shanghai and Suzhou, there is a small village: Jijiadun Village. It used to be a typical Jiangnan water town, but with the development of The Times, the population of the village has gradually decreased, and the hollowing phenomenon has become more serious. As a result, the township government invited a professional team to redevelop and transform the village. In order to stimulate the vitality of the village, Jijiadun Village relied on the original rural scenery, introduced cultural and creative industries, attracted a group of "new villagers" from the city, and formed a new rural ideal life community.

从城市来到乡村的“新村民”，给乡村带来新的产业和生活方式，增强乡村和城市间的纽带联系。这也为半舍设计奠定了基调：一半是城市，一半是乡村。民宿的主人，本身也是村子本地人，在这里长大。在设计交流的时候，民宿主人提出想给自己预留一片私人空间，希望以后可以回归到这里生活：一半是留给自己的私密住宅，一半是与客人共享的开放空间。这样的民宿，更像是一个开放共享的家。于是在满足功能和使用面积的前提下，我们化整为零，将一个完整的形体拆分成若干小尺度的建筑，通过排列从中建立起新的秩序。错落有序的房子，空间上既独立又相互联系，而建筑间的空隙，让自然得以渗透进室内，模糊了内与外的边界。

The "new villagers" from the city to the countryside have brought new industries and lifestyles to the countryside, and strengthened the bond between the countryside and the city. It also sets the tone for the semi-house design: half urban, half rural. The owner, himself a native of the village, grew up here. During the design communication, the host of the homestay proposed to reserve a private space for himself, hoping that he could return to live here in the future: half is a private residence for himself, and the other half is an open space shared with guests. Such a homestay is more like an open and shared home. Therefore, on the premise of satisfying the function and use area, we broke the whole into pieces, divided a complete form into several small-scale buildings, and established a new order through the arrangement. The orderly houses are both spatially independent and interconnected, while the Spaces between the buildings allow nature to penetrate into the interior, blurring the boundary between inside and outside.

在这个设计中，一个连续的共享空间巧妙地串联起各个功能房间。这个共享空间不仅仅是一个交通走廊，更是一个多功能的交流场所，可以用作展览空间、共享客厅。为了与环境更好地融合，我们将自然引入室内。在建筑中，我们特别设置了两处天井庭院和可以开启的天窗。这样的设计不仅满足了室内公共空间的采光需求，更让自然的活力与生趣蔓延进室内。在这个连续的共享空间里，人们可以感受到阳光透过天窗洒下的温暖，闻到花草树木散发出的清新气息。这里成为了一个充满活力与生机的地方，让人们在忙碌的生活中找到片刻的宁静与放松。

In this design, a continuous shared space cleverly connects the functional rooms. This shared space is not only a traffic corridor, but also a multi-functional communication place, which can be used as an exhibition space and a shared living room, becoming an ideal place for people to meet and communicate. In order to better integrate with the environment, we bring nature into the interior. In the building, we specially installed two patio courtyards and skylights that can be opened. This design not only meets the lighting needs of the indoor public space, but also lets the vitality and fun of nature spread into the interior. In this continuous shared space, people can feel the warmth of the sun through the skylight and smell the fresh smell of the flowers and trees. It has become a place full of vitality and vitality, allowing people to find a moment of peace and relaxation in their busy lives.

建筑二层的材质则表现得更为纯粹。墙面采用白色带肌理涂料，搭配白色哑光金属屋面，使得每个建筑单体看起来简单而干净。银灰色镀锌钢板走廊表面做了乱纹细节处理，大屋面整体铺设灰白混合大颗粒石子，二层空间整体呈现灰白色调，以绿色植物为点缀，塑造出一种静谧的空间感受。

The material of the second floor of the building is more pure. The walls are painted with white textured paint and white matte metal roofing, making each building single look simple and clean. The surface of the corridor of the silver-gray galvanized steel plate is treated with disorderly details. The whole of the large roof is laid with gray and white mixed large particle stones. The whole space of the second floor is gray and white.

二、室内美学

INTERIOR AESTHETICS

墙面和天花选用米白色肌理涂料，地面是白色的水磨石。这样的空间，可以很好的映衬天井庭院所带来的光线变化。同时，也可以满足公共空间布展的功能需求。在公共空间开放的区域我们还设置了木制固定家具，配合植物和活动家具，营造出开放的共享客厅空间。在这个设计中，我们注重了空间的整体感和层次感。米白色肌理涂料的墙面和天花，给人一种温馨而舒适的感觉，仿佛置身于一个宁静的世外桃源。白色的水磨石地面则增添了一份现代感，使整个空间更加明亮通透。天井庭院的设计巧妙地将自然光线引入室内，使得整个空间充满了生机与活力。

The wall and ceiling are made of beige texture paint, and the ground is white terrazzo. Such a space can well set off the light changes brought by the patio courtyard. At the same time, it can also meet the functional requirements of public space exhibition. In the open areas of the public space, we also set up wooden fixed furniture, with plants and movable furniture, to create an open shared living space. In this design, we pay attention to the overall sense of space and the sense of hierarchy. The walls and ceilings with beige and white texture paint give people a warm and comfortable feeling, as if they are in a peaceful hideaway. The white terrazzo floor adds a modern feel, making the whole space more bright and transparent. The design of the courtyard cleverly brings natural light into the interior, making the whole space full of vitality and vitality.

地面采用水磨石材料，呈现出一种光滑而细腻的质感。墙面和天花则选用带有肌理的涂料，为空间增添了一份独特的韵味。在沙发区域、卧室区域以及书桌区域特别选用触感更加柔和自然的木饰面材料，营造出一种温馨舒适的氛围。

The floor is made of terrazzo material, which presents a smooth and delicate texture. The walls and ceilings are painted with texture, adding a unique charm to the space. In the sofa area, bedroom area and desk area, special use of soft and natural wood veneer materials to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
