武汉8月新建住房成交数据出炉！
9月9日，武汉2024年8月新建商品房成交统计情况出炉。2024年8月（2024年8月1日-2024年8月31日），武汉市新建商品住房成交备案5654套，环比下降27.69%，同比下降21.20%，成交面积644234.90平米，环比下降25.22%，同比下降16.65%。
从具体区域来看，8月，洪山区以1052套的成交顺利夺冠，新洲区成交1010套排第二位，这也是8月成交破千套的两个区域。
