金融界9月13日消息，有投资者在互动平台向同方股份提问：公司会被st吗？已经连续几年亏损了，有无扭亏的可能？
公司回答表示：现行的《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》财务类强制退市的要求为最近一个会计年度经审计的净利润为负值且营业收入低于人民币1亿元等情况，公司目前不存在被ST的情形。
