财中社9月12日电 工商银行（601398/01398）发布公告，确认境外美元优先股股息派发的具体安排。此次派息涉及股份代号为4620的优先股，股权登记日为2024年9月20日，股息支付日为2024年9月23日。
根据公告，派发的股息总额约为1.15亿美元，其中支付给股东的金额为1.04亿美元，代扣代缴的所得税约为0.11亿美元。境外美元优先股的初始股息率为3.58%（不含税），派息将通过The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch进行，确保股东按比例收到相应的款项。
