格隆汇9月12日丨富乐德(301297.SZ)在投资者互动平台表示，半导体光刻环节涉及溶胶显影设备、涂胶设备、光刻设备、对准检测设备等多种设备，其中溶胶显影、涂胶等设备系公司洗净服务对象。目前公司不涉及光刻设备相关技术研发及产品制造，亦不涉及光刻设备洗净。
