新京报讯 据中央气象台官博消息，台风“摩羯”即将登陆！15时，“摩羯”中心附近风力降至65米/秒，台风眼已有部分上岸。中央气象台提醒：如果感受到一丝风平浪静，千万不要出门，台风还未过去。
