当地时间9月2日，在南非约翰内斯堡上市的Burstone发布交易所公告称，已同意将其价值11亿欧元的投资组合的控股权出售给私募股权投资巨头黑石集团，该投资组合在德国、法国和荷兰等七个国家拥有物业。黑石将收购由Burstone运营的欧洲仓库投资组合80%的股份，Burstone将保留该投资组合20%的权益，其欧洲团队将继续管理该投资组合。
