证券时报e公司讯，雅化集团(002497)8月30日晚间公告，公司全资子公司四川雅化民爆集团有限公司（简称“雅化民爆”）拟以5500万元收购山西金恒化工集团股份有限公司（简称“金恒公司”）少数股东晋中市中维物贸有限公司持有的23.8979%股权，收购完成后，雅化民爆持有金恒公司的股权比例将由76.1021%提升至100%。
