证券时报e公司讯，聚灿光电(300708)8月21日晚间公告，2018年1月9日，公司与南昌中微半导体设备有限公司（简称“南昌中微”）签署了重大采购合同。上述采购合同签订后，因双方未就合同履约达成一致意见，经过友好协商，双方一致同意解除于2018年1月9日签订的《设备采购合同》。
