近期，“中药茶饮”的概念吸引了不少关注。中医的观念里，“中药茶饮”又称“以药代茶”，通常是指中药与茶叶相互搭配，或根据实际需要，将中药加工成粗末状或细末状，经煎煮或沸水冲泡，制成无饮用时间限制的饮品。
