美国商务部8月16日公布的数据显示，7月新屋开工数降至折合年率123.8万套，前月为132.9万套。7月新屋开工数下降6.8%，前月为增长1.1%。7月建筑许可从6月的145.4万套降至139.6万套，7月住宅竣工量从前一个月的169.6万套降至152.9万套。
