记者日前从业内获悉，北京证券交易所近日在业内通报了一起主承销商超额配售选择权实施违规案例。据悉，此次违规主要涉及某主承销券商在超额配售选择权实施期间，存在通过其他账户违规交易发行人股票的行为，该券商被北交所采取要求提交书面承诺的自律监管措施。（中国证券报·中证金牛座）
