河南队左后卫刘易鑫在社交媒体里晒出了他的北京体育大学录取通知书，并配上了一个“（OK）”的表情。
今年3月份，北京体育大学公布了优秀运动员保送录取成绩单，在职业足球运动员名单里，23岁的刘易鑫上榜。
2022年5月，刘易鑫自由身加盟河南足球俱乐部。2024赛季开始至今，刘易鑫已经代表河南队出战12场比赛（11次首发），上场时间总计994分钟。
