7月26日，安徽池州贵池区市场监管局通报“古茗奶茶疑含‘血痰’”事件：经核查，涉诉饮品店合规，原料、环境均无异常，监控显示制作规范，无异物进入。陈某无法提供实物证据，无法认定饮品含“血痰”与门店有关。此前，陈某网购奶茶发现红色漂浮物投诉，古茗官方否认违规操作。
