盛夏时节，位于西藏拉萨的拉鲁湿地国家级自然保护区水草丰茂、鸟类欢腾。
拉鲁湿地海拔3645多米，总面积超过12平方公里，在涵养水源、补充氧气、吸收二氧化碳等方面起到重要调节作用，被誉为“拉萨之肺”。
