记者从甘肃省水利厅了解到，近日，甘肃省强降雨过程已结束，嘉陵江、白水江等河流洪水已回落。根据《甘肃省水利厅水旱灾害防御应急预案》规定，甘肃省水利厅决定自7月18日16时，终止对陇南、天水、平凉、庆阳、定西市洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应。（央视新闻）
