当地时间6月7日，曾经执行“阿波罗8号”任务的美国宇航员威廉·安德斯（William Anders）在华盛顿州圣胡安群岛遭遇坠机事故。安德斯在事故中死亡。
据悉，确认坠毁的飞机是一架老式T-34飞机。
