5月21日，交通银行发布关于调整个人手机银行预约取款业务的公告。为推进业务高质量发展，加强风险管理，该行将于2024年5月24日起停止个人手机银行中无卡取款功能中的预约取款服务。之后客户仍可通过该行智能机具办理有卡取款、扫码取款或前往该行营业网点办理取款业务。
