近日，济宁名城小编相关渠道获悉，汶上县住房保障中心发布《关于实施二手房契税补贴的公告》，其中提到补贴对象为2024年2月1日至2024年12月31日期间（以契税缴纳时间为准）购买汶上县中心城区住房为二手住房的自然人。契税补贴不含赠予、继承等非交易情形及公寓、办公、商业等非住宅。按照实缴契税金额的50%补贴，补贴上限为3万元/套。具体如下：
