北京商报讯（记者 姚倩）4月22日，青海春天发布公告称，公司原定于2024年4月24日披露公司《2023年年度报告》和《2024年第一季度报告》。现由于公司《2023年年度报告》编辑和复核工作量较大，相关工作完成时间将晚于原定计划，公司本着认真、审慎的原则和对广大投资者负责的态度，经向上海证券交易所申请，将延期至2024年4月30日披露公司《2023年年度报告》，并于同日披露公司《2024年第一季度报告》。
