上海市发改委近日发布《上海市促进汽车消费补贴实施细则》。自2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日（均含当日），个人用户购买纯电动小客车新车，注册使用性质为非营运，且在规定期限内报废或者转让（不含变更登记）本人名下在本市注册登记的非营业性小客车的，本市给予个人用户一次性10000元购车补贴。
