3月8日，佳兆业集团控股有限公司（01638.HK）发布清盘呈请聆讯延期的公告。
公告显示，高等法院已批准花旗国际有限公司替代为呈请人的申请，涉及佳兆业发行的2023年到期10.875%票据未偿还本金7.5亿美元及应计利息尚未偿还的事宜。
按照公告，重新修订呈请的聆讯已延期至2024年4月29日。
