3月5日，厦门市发布2024年国有建设用地供应计划方案。方案显示，2024年全市国有建设用地计划供应总量1686公顷，高于2023年的实际供应总量1439公顷，低于2019～2023年的平均供应总量1820公顷。
2024年全市计划供应的1686公顷国有建设用地包含商服用地50公顷、工矿仓储用地200公顷、住宅用地163公顷（含商住用地49公顷、保障性住房用地25公顷、安置房用地59公顷、租赁住房用地29公顷）、公共管理与公共服务用地170公顷、交通运输用地1100公顷、特殊用地4公顷。
