国泰航空3月4日晚间在港交所公告，公司董事局宣布下述变动将于2024年5月20日起生效：夏理逊、董立均辞任独立非常务董事，郑嘉丽、王小彬获委任为独立非常务董事。
公告显示，郑嘉丽现年45岁，为周大褔珠宝集团有限公司、八达通卡有限公司、太古地产有限公司、新意网集团有限公司独立非常务董事。王小彬现年56岁，为恒生银行有限公司及Worley Limited独立非常务董事。
