当地时间2月21日，巴西亚马孙人类与环境研究所发布的数据显示，与2023年同期相比，2024年1月亚马孙地区的森林砍伐量下降了60%。这是该地区森林砍伐量连续第十个月出现同比下降。
卫星图像监测显示，2024年1月亚马孙地区被破坏的雨林面积为79平方公里，而2023年同期则为198平方公里。（总台记者 王博）
