据深圳市房地产中介协会统计，2024年第7周（2月12日-2月18日）深圳全市二手房(含自助)录得193套，环比上涨16.3%，二手房录得量回升。
深圳市房地产中介协会指出，随着春节假期的结束，各行各业陆续返工，再结合节前深圳楼市优化政策，预计节后二手房市场会快步“复苏”。
根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，2024年2月19日，深圳全市共有49680套有效二手房源在售，较上个统计周减少4443套。
