中国南方航空2月5日公告，计划于当日向美国证券交易委员会提交15F表格，以注销美国存托股票（ADS）和相关海外上市股票的报告义务。2023年1月23日，该公司提交文件，把其美国存托股票（ADS）从纽约证券交易所退市，退市已于2023年2月3日生效。
