中船特气2月2日公告，公司拟在内蒙古托克托县成立中船派瑞特种气体（呼和浩特）有限公司，建设高纯电子气体项目（一期）。本项目总投资为13.63亿元，最终投资金额以项目建设实际投入为准。通过本项目建设，新增年产7500吨三氟化氮、10000吨超纯氨气、75000吨液氮的生产能力。
