ST中珠1月26日公告，公司1月25日通过电子邮件形式收北京高院于同日出具的《受理通知书》，因公司下属中珠俊天与弘洁实业房屋租赁合同纠纷一案，中珠俊天不服北京市第二中级人民法院作出的（2023）京02民终5346号民事判决书，向北京高院申请再审，北京高院已立案审查。
