1月16日，广州市住房和城乡建设局发布调整广州市公房住宅租金标准的通知。通知指出，公产类住宅基准租金从每平方米使用面积平均月租金4.0元，调整到4.5元。成本租金标准从每平方米使用面积平均月租金15.5元，调整到17.5元。通知自印发之日起施行，有效期5年。
