天禾股份12月1日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司财务总监夏煌辉提交的书面辞职报告，夏煌辉因已达到法定退休年龄，特向公司董事会申请辞去财务总监职务。辞职后，夏煌辉将不在公司及子公司担任任何职务。截至公告披露之日，夏煌辉持有公司股份56万股，占公司股本的0.16%。
