第1：川菜-代表是宫保鸡丁、回锅肉等；
第2：鲁菜-代表是爆炒腰花、四喜丸子；
第3：粤菜-代表是白切鸡、白切鸭；
第4：苏菜-代表是无锡酱排骨、南京盐水鸭；
我在广东真的找不到什么好吃的，和广东朋友聚餐，他们又不能吃辣，只能是吃猪脚饭，白切鸡，烧鸭饭，真不明白，白切鸡这种寡淡的食物怎么能在广东这么流行呢？
